Navigate to the Wholesale page and fill out form. Once the form is completed you eill recieve an email with link and password.

All orders have a processing time of 1-3 business days plus 1-3 days for shipping. Shipping times may vary due to order quantity, and delays directly related to COVID-19. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order, please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to be updated. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder frequently.

"Processing” just means that we successfully received your order! Yayy! ALL orders have a processing time of 2-3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number (if applicable) and your order status will change to “Shipped.”

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges. You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice. To return an item please follow the steps stated on the page titled “Returns”.

All shipping & handling fees are non-refundable including return shipping fees. If approved for a return, you are responsible for any costs and fees associated with return shipping and handling. Sassy Beauty 23 and its affiliates are not responsible nor will be held liable for lost or stolen packages or packages damaged in transit.

A full head for wefted bundles is generally 3-4 bundles, depending on the length of the extensions and the desired results. The recommended quantity for 12-22 inches is 3 bundles. It is recommended that Lengths exceeding 24 inches should be purchased in quantities of 4 bundles for a full head.

A full head is generally 200-250 pieces (4-5 bundles). However, this may vary depending on the texture, length, and density of your natural hair as well as the texture & length of the I-Tips, and the hairstyle that you desire to achieve.

A full head generally needs 5-6 bundles.

Once an order is placed it immediately begins processing and can NOT be changed or cancelled.

Rarely, due to an unforeseen event, the item you ordered suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available. If an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours about the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order and the charge for the unavailable item will be adjusted . If your order required extra verification of your billing and payment information and we did not receive a response, the order was then canceled as we are unable to hold orders for longer than 3 business days.
