Navigate to the Wholesale page and fill out form. Once the form is completed you eill recieve an email with link and password.

When will my order ship?

All orders have a processing time of 1-3 business days plus 1-3 days for shipping. Shipping times may vary due to order quantity, and delays directly related to COVID-19. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.

Where is my order confirmation?

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order, please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to be updated. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder frequently.

My order status says “Processing.” What does that mean?

Accepted Answer

"Processing” just means that we successfully received your order! Yayy! ALL orders have a processing time of 2-3 business days.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number (if applicable) and your order status will change to “Shipped.”
