This is a hands on support position centered around assisting the salon owner, caring for clients, and helping daily studio operations run smoothly. The role may include personal errands, administrative support, client hospitality, cleaning, order fulfillment, and light salon support. Although some responsibilities involve direct client interaction, previous salon or beauty industry experience is not required. Training will be provided for shampooing and any other client-related tasks assigned to this position.

Personal Assistant Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include:
• Providing direct personal and administrative support to the salon owner
• Running local errands and completing pickups or drop-offs
• Packaging and shipping in-salon and online orders
• Providing concierge-style service and remaining attentive to clients throughout their visit
• Cleaning and maintaining the studio
• Washing and folding laundry
• Sanitizing tools and work areas
• Organizing products, supplies, and inventory
• Preparing extension hair and assisting with other studio needs
• Shampooing clients when needed
• Assisting with emails, salon marketing, and occasional administrative tasks
• Completing sporadic remote or work-from-home assignments
• Supporting the salon owner wherever assistance is needed throughout the day.

Previous experience in hospitality, food service, retail, customer service, concierge services, or a similar service-focused position is preferred. Previous salon or beauty industry experience is not required. This position is not designed specifically for an aspiring hairstylist, although candidates with beauty industry experience are welcome to apply.
