Cancellation Policy

Appointment Cancellation Policy All Deposits for extensions services are non refundable and non transferable. Extensions that were purchased for an appointment that the client has canceled will be shipped to the address you have put on file. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours of the start time of your appointment will result in you being charged the full amount of scheduled services. For example: If you book for a k-tip install with a single process hair coloring service; and you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, you will be charged 100% of those services, NO EXCEPTIONS. This policy is strictly enforced to prevent unnecessary loss for the business. For your convenience, a 10 minute grace period is extended for unforseen circumstances. After 15 minutes past your appointment may be canceled, you will forfeit your deposit, and you will be charged 100% of all services scheduled. Please let me know if you will arrive late. If time permits for your appointment, the fee is $10 every 10 minutes past your appt time.
